Qualification: B.E Civil Engineer
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience related to project management and supervision in design, development & construction processing sheds, buildings, research labs, and instrument/equipment areas as per the requirement of the research organization.
Responsibilities: Responsibilities include managing working of ongoing construction projects, overseeing building works, undertaking field surveys, setting out sites, checking daily site compliance to technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly, overseeing contracted hired staff, and ensuring project packages meet agreed specifications, overseeing of budgets & timescales, ensuring compliance to HSE health and safety, providing technical advice and solving problems on the worksite, preparing daily site reports and filling in other paperwork liaising with quality field surveyors for the ordering and the pricing of required materials and spare items, and sustainable policies and legislation.
Salary Ranges: Rs.100,000 per Month

2. Sr. Research Officer

Qualification: Ph.D. in the field of Sciences.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Research Projects Handling.
Responsibilities:
- The Applicant must be able to handle scientific instruments including LC-MS ICP-MS GC-MS QPCR etc. Be well versant with the latest instrumentation techniques, required for complete characterization of oils, fats, natural products, etc. Along with the evaluation of scientific data.
- knowledge of computer is compulsory.

3. Technician

Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in handling heavy-duty agriculture machinery, The Applicant must have a valid driving license for heavy-duty vehicles (HTV) and be able to handle heavy objects and machinery specially harvesters, tractors, and related accessories used in agriculture machinery.
Responsibilities: Responsibilities include Handling farm machinery along with its repair and maintenance, ensuring equipment, accessories, and the worksite are maintained, kept clean, and stored safely.

Experience: Must have 10 years of experience in the farming of greenhouse corps, the candidate must have knowledge of best practices in farming, in growing hemp, be able to work hard for long hours continuously on-site, and must be physically fit and committed to performing manual labor.
Responsibilities: The responsibilities include farm and greenhouse maintenance work, handling of gardening equipment, maintaining to harvesting, spraying pesticides and fertilizers, watering the plant, performing post-harvest activities related to crop handling and seeds separation, etc.
Salary Ranges: Rs.20,000 per Month
