STAGE 4
(Initial Interview)

STAGE 5 (Security Clearance)

MOD will inform all candidates about requirements. Candidates must ensure that CNIC not expired, Domicile, Police Character Availability, Not using social media for politics or sectarianism, all credentials and degrees must be verified from concerned University or Board. Don't copy or take picture of any official document or FORM given by MOD. Follow the instructions from MOD and during period of security clearance don't involve yourself in any issue, debate, abusing or fights etc. Because MOD clearance process toughest so prepare yourself.
STAGE 6 (Medical Test)
MOD will inform candidates about medical test (MH, CMH, CMB, PAEC or any other concerned hospitals).Improve your diet, energy and stamina and if your health is upset then consult with your specialist or family doctor.



STAGE 7 (Final Interview)
MOD will give last chance to weak candidates for Final Interview. This interview is not for all candidates. It depends on organisations selection procedures. If they want to recheck the candidate, they will conduct Final Interview.

IBA STS BPS-5 to BPS-15 Screening Test Updated Syllabus and Test Date| Important Notes


IBA STS shares advertisements in three different categories according to the educational levels of candidates i-e, the Matriculation category, Intermediate category, and Graduation category.

Today we are going to share the good news with all interested candidates that the government of Sindh suggests IBA STS extend the last date to apply at least 15 days. 

The final date to submit applications is now 28 June 2022.

The Screening Test will be conducted by IBA STS in August 2022 (in the last two weeks), the syllabus for the screening test is in such manner mentioned below;

The paper contains three potions in English forty percent, Mathematics twenty percent, and General Knowledge forty percent.

NOTE: The passing marks to qualify for the test must be 40% of the test of 100 marks. 
Those candidates who prepare English and General Knowledge will qualify easily.

For the English portion, the WREN and MARTIN book of composition is the best choice for preparation.

For the Mathematics portion, you should practice basic arithmetic and word problems along with percentage, mean, median, mode problems, etc.

For the General Knowledge portion, Read daily newspapers and watch TV headlines for current affairs. 

You should read books from the 6th to 10th class for Everyday science, Islamic studies, and Pakistan studies preparation.

For Computer Which contains 10 questions, you can read about computer knowledge from the internet and pdf files shared on social media.
